Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only considered if a payment is successfully made but the booked service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue or an error from our side.

All astrology consultations, personalized reports, and digital services are non-refundable once the consultation has started or the report has been delivered. As astrology is based on personal interpretation and guidance, dissatisfaction with predictions does not qualify for a refund.

Consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled only before the scheduled session, subject to approval and availability. No cancellation or refund will be provided after the consultation has begun or the service has been delivered.

If you are charged more than once for the same booking or a payment is deducted without confirmation, please contact our support team with your transaction details. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For any refund or cancellation requests, please contact our support team with your booking ID, registered mobile number, and payment details. We will review your request as quickly as possible.
